Ayala’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including corporate governance disputes, contentious restructurings, and structured financial products. His practice includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Ayala is also a member of the board of directors for the Kunhardt Film Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to distributing free educational media, including documentary films and interviews, concerning social justice, history, politics, the arts, and culture, to schools and communities across the country.
