Mitchell’s antitrust experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in private litigation in venues throughout the United States, including federal and state courts, and trial and appellate courts. Mitchell has extensive experience in complex, multiforum litigation, including large multidistrict litigation (MDL) and class actions. Mitchell has also represented clients before federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state Attorneys General, in civil and criminal conduct investigations, and in connection with merger reviews and asset transactions.
