Sashi Bach brings over 23 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes, representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and arbitrations in Florida and throughout the United States.
The leader of the firm’s professional malpractice group, Bach advocates for law firms and attorneys in all aspects of their business, including legal malpractice claims and ethics complaints, law firm shareholder and employment disputes, and fee-splitting issues. For more than 15 years, she has represented one of the largest law firms in the world, securing case-ending dismissals and summary judgment in numerous matters. Her work on behalf of law firms has included precedent-setting appellate victories, which have impacted issues in this area of law relating to immunity and the recovery of fees and costs. In defending attorneys facing bar complaints, Bach has also obtained multiple "no cause" findings from The Florida Bar.

Bach also represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract matters, employment and competition issues, corporate governance disputes, fraud claims, and class actions. Comfortable on both sides of the "v," Bach has worked to obtain hundreds of millions in settlements for Ponzi scheme victims and has also successfully defended law firms and businesses accused of fraud. Bach is committed to pro bono matters, having worked on the firm's landmark case that secured better access to medical care for 2 million children in Florida.
Bach is the administrative partner leading the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, where she has worked since 2002, and is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of attorneys.
