Stuart Grossman is recognized as one of America’s preeminent trial lawyers concentrating on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, aviation accidents, and professional negligence, including medical, legal, accounting, and engineering malpractice.
His successful career is distinguished by a number of favorable verdicts that are among the largest awarded by Florida juries.
Grossman was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the American Board of Trial Advocates of Florida. He was also the recipient of the Academy of Trial Lawyer’s Crystal Eagle Award and inducted into the Academy’s Hall of Fame.

Grossman is a Fellow of the prestigious International Academy of Trial Lawyers and was elected into the Iron Arrow, the University of Miami’s highest honorary society.
When not in the courtroom, Grossman is an author and lecturer and is actively involved in issues regarding the prevention of malpractice and catastrophic accidents.
Among his many civic undertakings are his commitments to Margaux’s Miracle Foundation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, United Cerebral Palsy, and United Way, in addition to his financial support of numerous charities.
Grossman’s writings appear in major medical publications. He is one of the few lawyers invited to speak at national medical meetings. His lectures within the legal profession have been videotaped and circulated nationwide.
