Holly Chamberlain is a member of the Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Board, and Co-Practice Area Leader, Real Estate. She is a leading adviser to banks, insurance companies, debt funds and other institutional lenders on complex commercial real estate financings.
Her practice spans the full range of lender-side real estate finance, including the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans, bridge and term facilities, preferred equity investments and revolving credit facilities, as well as single-family rental portfolio financings. Chamberlain also advises on complex and stressed situations, including co-lender and intercreditor arrangements, secondary market loan sales, restructurings, workouts and the exercise of remedies, including foreclosure.

She advises on property management arrangements, loan servicing matters and the acquisition and disposition of real estate interests, supporting clients across origination and asset management of both individual assets and large-scale portfolio transactions.
