Astle has 24 years of experience in stressed and distressed situations. These include out of court restructurings such as liabilities management exercises, refinancings, extensions, capital raises and injections and general stakeholder management. He has also developed deep experience of Restructuring Plans, enforcements and insolvencies (prepack or otherwise).
