Warren Postman is the Managing Partner of Keller Postman LLC and Postman Law. A relentless fighter for everyday people, he combines a deep understanding of the civil litigation system with broad substantive expertise to take on the biggest corporations — and win. His work has secured over $3 billion in settlements for more than 1.5 million clients and, according to The New York Times, left corporate defendants "scared to death."
At Keller Postman, Postman has built one of the most consequential arbitration practices in civil litigation, devoting unparalleled resources to resolving the claims of consumers and employees subject to forced arbitration clauses. The firm aggressively pursues individual arbitrations for tens of thousands of clients simultaneously, and Postman has won numerous precedent-setting victories requiring defendants to comply with their own arbitration agreements. In the last two years alone, Postman Law and Keller Postman have secured over $3 billion in settlements for more than 1.5 million individual clients.
