Hui Chang is Of Counsel in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP and concentrates her practice in the areas of shareholder litigation and client relations.  As a co-manager of the Firm’s Non-U.S. Securities Litigation Practice, Chang focuses on advising institutional investor clients regarding fraud-related losses on securities, and on the investigation and development of securities fraud class, group, and individual actions outside of the United States.

Chang previously served as a member of the Firm’s Case Evaluation Group, where she was involved in the identification, investigation, and development of potential actions to recover investment losses resulting from violations of the federal securities laws, and corporate and fiduciary misconduct, and assisted the Firm in securing a number of lead counsel appointments in several class actions.

Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Chang was a Litigation Associate at a national firm primarily focused on securities class action litigation, where she played a key role in prosecuting a number of high-profile securities fraud class actions, including In re Petrobras Sec. Litigation ($3 billion recovery).

She is a member of the National Association of Public Pension Plan Attorneys (NAPPA) National Council on Teacher Retirement (NCTR), State Association of County Retirement Systems (SACRS), and the National Association of State Retirement Administrators (NASRA).
