Jesse L. Jensen is a Partner in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP and a member of the Firm’s Securities Litigation Practice.  Jensen focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of the Firm’s institutional investor clients.  He has extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, from investigation through trial.

Jensen has been an integral part of the litigation teams that recovered over $1 billion dollars lost from alleged corporate fraud and misconduct in numerous major actions, including In re Kraft Heinz Securities Litigation ($450 million recovery), In re Wilmington Trust Securities Litigation ($210 million recovery), Lord Abbett Affiliated Fund, Inc. v. Navient Corp. ($35 million recovery), and In re Synchrony Financial Securities Litigation ($34 million recovery), among others.

Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Jensen was a Partner at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP, focusing on complex commercial and securities litigation.  Earlier in his career, Jensen was an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where he specialized in audit and accounting liability issues.

Jensen earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, where he served as Editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Business.  Jensen received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
