Steven Kessler practices in the areas of complex civil litigation and white collar and securities enforcement defense. He has been recognized by Lawdragon in its 2024 and 2025 “500 X – The Next Generation” guides, which highlight rising stars in the legal field identified as the “future leaders of the law.” Prior to joining the firm, Kessler clerked for the Hon. Allison D. Burroughs of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and was previously an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (Order of the Coif; editorial board, Virginia Law Review) and the University of Virginia.
