Mason Reynolds is a results-driven trial and appellate litigator who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts and arbitral forums nationwide. Reynolds has played key roles in both trials and appeals—from headline-grabbing trademark and breach of contract cases to confidential disputes. She has prepared and examined witnesses at multiple trials, deposed witnesses, briefed winning appeals in federal and state appellate courts, and drafted and argued dispositive motions.
Before joining MoloLamken, Reynolds worked as a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. King of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Prior to law school, Reynolds worked at the United States Forest Service, specializing in land and resource management policy related to litigation involving the agency.

- Won a complete victory for a Silicon Valley venture capital firm in arbitration brought by two founders and a former partner alleging breaches of contract and fiduciary duty for improper dilution of carried interest (JAMS)
