Anusha Simha is a partner in the Investment Funds Group. Anusha focuses her practice on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds and other types of alternative asset funds. She advises clients on a wide range of fund formation issues, including the development and marketing of funds to U.S. and non-U.S. investors, and related regulatory and compliance matters.
