A partner in the firm’s San Francisco office, Austin Pollet is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. Pollet focuses his practice on representing private equity firms in all aspects of their businesses, including domestic and cross-border leveraged and management buyouts, venture and growth capital investments, divestitures, other mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, restructurings and work outs, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. He has expertise in structuring, negotiating and managing the corporate, securities and tax aspects of complex transactions.
