Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Brown spent more than a decade at 3G Capital, where he served as partner and general counsel overseeing the legal and administrative functions of the firm. During this time, Brown was deeply involved in all aspects of the business, including fundraising, partnership arrangements and employment agreements, structuring and execution of U.S. and cross-border transactions, regulatory and compliance, corporate governance, and complex global portfolio company matters, developing a unique understanding of the day-to-day operations of a multibillion-dollar investment manager.
