As a Partner in the European Investment Funds group, Dave Pritchett’s practice focuses on advising private fund sponsors on all aspects of the formation and operation of private investment funds across various strategies and asset classes, including private equity, growth, credit, hybrid and infrastructure funds. Pritchett’s experience includes advising sponsors on all aspects of their business, including continuation vehicles and other GP-led secondary transactions, investment management M&A and other strategic or upper-tier transactions, seeding arrangements, co-investment arrangements, spin-outs and joint ventures.
