Barrett has extensive experience counseling private equity funds and public companies on executive compensation issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, take-privates, spin-offs and initial public offerings. She also designs and implements employee compensation and benefit programs, including negotiating executive employment and separation arrangements on behalf of both companies and executives.
