Leticia Ossa Daza is head of the Paul, Weiss Latin America Practice and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. For over two decades, Ossa Daza has advised international and domestic clients on successful mergers and acquisitions and other complex cross-border corporate transactions. She has extensive experience advising clients in the financial institutions, technology, infrastructure and consumer goods space, among others. A native of Colombia, Leticia is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.

Ossa Daza has repeatedly been named among Latin America’s top corporate lawyers. In 2018, the International Committee of Women Together presented Ossa Daza with its annual Women Together Award for excellence in banking and international finance, and in 2017, Ossa Daza was recognized as one of four LatinoJustice “Latina Trailblazers.” She is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization).
