Neil Goldman is a partner in the Private Equity M&A Group. Goldman has extensive experience with public and private company transactions, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring transactions and joint ventures. Goldman also maintains an active sports and media practice. Neil is recognized as one of the “500 Leading Global Entertainment, Sports & Media Lawyers” by Lawdragon. Neil has been a guest lecturer on private equity transactions at Harvard Law School and New York University School of Law.
