Arnold-Soulby has significant experience advising on cross-border and multijurisdictional buyouts, with a particular focus on public to private transactions. He is also an advisor in the hybrid capital space and regularly advises clients on strategic solutions throughout the capital structure with a focus on complex structured and hybrid equity investments.
