His practice focuses on fiduciary litigation, shareholder rights, professional malpractice, corporate governance disputes, and cross-border litigation arising from financial misconduct and corporate wrongdoing.
Brown plays a leading role in the firm’s shareholder and investor litigation practice, including shareholder derivative actions, shareholder appraisal disputes, and litigation arising from complex corporate transactions. He regularly represents investors and shareholders in valuation disputes, corporate control matters, financial fraud litigation, distressed transactions, and other high-value commercial disputes involving domestic and foreign entities.
