Kimberly W. Geisler

Kimberly W. Geisler is a partner at Scott Dukes & Geisler, P.C., where she has served as managing partner since 2022. Her practice focuses primarily on employment law and professional liability. She regularly advises employers across a wide range of industries on day-to-day employment matters, workplace policies, EEO compliance and training, and represents employers in employment-related disputes before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where she earned her J.D. magna cum laude, Geisler has received numerous professional honors, including recognition by Lawdragon and Birmingham Business Journal, and she is a Fellow of The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. She is also active in the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and has held leadership roles within its Employment Rights & Responsibilities Committee.
