Junck represents corporations and individuals in multinational and U.S. regulatory investigations, including those brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, state attorneys general and district attorneys, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Congress and international regulators, such as the Serious Fraud Office.
Junck has represented clients and conducted investigations in over 50 jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the EMEA region, in industries such as financial and professional services, manufacturing, technology, media and telecommunications, asset management, private equity, construction, natural resources and pharmaceuticals. He also works closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
