Christopher “Chris” S. Harrison is the Managing Partner of Sterlington and leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Over the course of his career, Harrison has advised on transactions totaling hundreds of billions of dollars. Before founding Sterlington, Harrison spent eight years at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, served as Co-Head of the market-leading Investment Management M&A practice at Schulte Roth & Zabel, and served as Chief Investment Officer of a multibillion-dollar family office.
