Y. Gloria Park represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a diverse set of commercial disputes, including antitrust, class action, intellectual property, breach of contract, and securities litigation. Park’s clients range from multinational corporations to small businesses and individuals.
Park plays a critical role in every matter she takes on, and her practice takes her to federal and state courts across the country. Park has briefed and argued dispositive and discovery motions, deposed key witnesses, and examined witnesses at trial. Park currently represents Penske Media Corporation against Google and Encyclopedia Britannica against Perplexity in their lawsuits alleging the defendants’ illegal conduct in developing and marketing their generative AI products.

RECENT VICTORIES
- Securing a favorable post-trial settlement for defendant EnerVest after a jury awarded the plaintiff a fraction of damages sought in a dispute involving breach of contract. Park was a key member of the trial team and examined multiple witnesses at trial.
- Achieving multiple favorable settlements for SpaceTime3D in its patent litigation against Samsung and LG in the Eastern District of Texas. Park shepherded both cases from initial filing of the complaints through settlement. Notably, Park conducted important discovery in both English and Korean in the matters and briefed and argued against a motion to dismiss by LG.
- Securing a favorable settlement for client, Insignia Systems, in its massive antitrust case against industry leader, News Corp., in the District of Minnesota. Park argued against defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings as well as numerous discovery motions.
