  • Porch Group v. Gallagher Re and China Construction Bank –Representing Porch Group in Texas and New York litigation against Gallagher Re and China Construction Bank arising from defective reinsurance.
  • Hussein v. NextGen Healthcare – Represented Ahmed Hussein, a major shareholder and former director of NextGen Healthcare, in securities fraud and indemnification claims against the company. Diehl briefed a winning appeal before securing an $11 million recovery in arbitration.
