Narayan serves on the boards of the San Francisco Symphony and Stanford Law School. He received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a member of the Stanford Law Review and the Stanford Law & Policy Review and led the Afghanistan Legal Education Project. Narayan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
