DiPrima received his B.A. with honors from Wesleyan University in 1989 and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1995, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Law Review. Following law school, DiPrima was a law clerk to the Honorable Jerome Farris of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
