INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 10, 2014) — Kelly S. Witte has rejoined Faegre Baker Daniels LLP as counsel in the law firm’s product liability litigation group after working as litigation counsel at Cummins Inc. since 2010.

Witte represents product manufacturers and distributors in complex litigation, multidistrict litigation, class actions and aggregate cases in state and federal courts across the United States. Her experience also includes litigating contract and warranty issues.

At Cummins, Witte defended product liability and warranty actions and was heavily involved in product safety issues. In between practicing at Faegre Baker Daniels from 2001-02 and 2006-10, she served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana under the Hon. Larry J. McKinney.

Witte graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1999 after earning a bachelor’s degree from IU in 1996.

Witte has been involved in community activities, currently serving with the Indiana March of Dimes on its program selection committee since 2011.
