May 14, 2012 (New York)Proskauer has expanded its mergers and acquisitions capabilities with the addition of Lorenzo Borgogni as a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Borgogni, who joins from Dewey & LeBoeuf, will be based in Proskauer’s New York office.

Borgogni represents both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate governance matters. His practice focuses on cash and stock-for-stock mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, tender offers, leveraged buyouts and going-private transactions, auctions, spin-offs and divestitures, takeover defenses and proxy contests.
