ST. LOUIS - Armstrong Teasdale welcomes partner John Hasman and associate David Frenzia to its Litigation practice group.

Hasman has been actively engaged in labor relations throughout his professional life. Focusing on the areas of labor relations, municipal labor and employment law, he has a successful record of dealings with union locals from the Teamsters, Machinists and Steelworkers. In addition, Hasman has worked as a National Labor Relations Board field attorney, investigating and prosecuting unfair labor practice cases and conducting NLRB supervised elections.

Hasman earned his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and B.A. in History from Saint Louis University. Admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois and Maryland, he is also a contributing editor to the Developing Labor Law.

Frenzia handles issues pertaining to organizing campaigns, union avoidance, collective bargaining, grievance investigations, unfair labor practices, discrimination and other employment-related issues. He reviews, assesses and develops employee handbook policies and procedures and also regularly presents in-house training programs.

He earned his J.D. with a Certificate in Employment Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.S. in Psychology from Missouri State. Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, Frenzia is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Chicago Bar Association.
