William Lyon Homes has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,700,000 shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock at a price to the public of $25 per share, as detailed in the press release below issued by the company.  A total of 6,525,000 shares are being offered by the Company, and a total of 2,175,000 shares are being offered by a selling stockholder.
