SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP, a San Francisco-based litigation firm, has announced the addition of Patricia L. Peden as Of Counsel. With more than ten years of litigation experience in federal courts across the country, Ms. Peden focuses her expertise on intellectual property and other complex civil disputes. She also handles class action, first amendment and appellate cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Peden founded the Law Offices of Patricia L. Peden where she represented clients in a range of practice areas, including intellectual property, antitrust, breach of contract, personal injury and fraud litigation. Ms. Peden also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Tallman, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable David Folsom, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Ms. Peden graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley in 1999, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
