New York – June 13, 2013 – The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP announced today that Harvey Newkirk has joined the firm’s New York office as counsel. He will practice within the Transactions and Corporate Finance and Securities Client Service Groups.

Newkirk has more than 10 years’ experience advising both public and private companies with respect to M&A transactions, private placements, public offerings and other equity and debt financings. He also devotes a significant amount of time to representing emerging growth technology companies in an array of venture capital, private equity, securities and strategic transactions.

Newkirk received his B.S. from Cornell University in 1998 and his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2001. He is admitted to the New York State bar.
