ATLANTA – Barnes & Thornburg LLP has continued the expansion of its Atlanta office with the arrival of Stephen Weizenecker as a partner in the Entertainment and Music Practice Group.

Weizenecker works with companies in the entertainment and technology industries, with a focus on film and television, on branding and marketing endeavors. He also has deep experience in the implementation of tax incentive systems for the attraction of entertainment business. His practice has a heavy emphasis on assisting organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, on sweepstakes, contests and endorsements, including litigation pertaining to branding and marketing efforts.

Weizenecker is latest attorney to join Barnes & Thornburg’s growing Atlanta office, which recently added corporate attorneys Jennifer Moseley and Roslyn Falk. With his arrival, the office has increased its attorney ranks to 24 since opening in 2009.
