DALLAS (August 21, 2013) Polsinelli has named Jonathan K. Henderson managing partner of its Dallas office effective immediately. Henderson, who focuses on mergers and acquisitions in the health care industry, also serves as the chair of the firm’s national Corporate and Transactional Practice. The Dallas Business Journal recognized Henderson as a “Who’s Who in Health Care in 2012.”
