FORT WORTH, Texas, September 12, 2013—Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of James W. Walker and Justin S. Levy to the firm’s Fort Worth, Texas office.

Mr. Walker joins Cole Schotz as a member, and Mr. Levy joins the firm as an associate. Both come from Walker Sewell LLP, a Dallas law firm Mr. Walker co-founded more than a decade ago. They will join Cole Schotz’ Litigation Department, one the region’s largest, most experienced commercial litigation groups.

As a litigator, Mr. Walker represents Fortune 500 companies, municipalities and individuals in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving all types of complex commercial contract and business tort claims, including claims arising out of banking, real estate and financial transactions, executive and professional liability and commercial insurance claims. Mr. Walker’s clients include private associations, electric utilities, energy companies, banks, municipalities, and individuals requiring dedicated counsel. Thomson Reuters has designated him as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in the area of business litigation.

Mr. Walker and Mr. Levy joined the firm on September 9th.
