The pair includes Sahra Dalfen and Jody E. Saltzman, who have joined the firm’s Corporate Finance & Securities Practice and Commercial Real Estate Practice, respectively.

Dalfen has a broad corporate practice, including significant M&A and securities experience, with a particular focus on representing companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as issuers and investors in securities offerings and financings. Her clients cover a wide range of industries, including luxury, fashion, retail, financial services, and energy. Dalfen also advises domestic and foreign clients on U.S. corporate governance issues and securities law compliance matters.

Saltzman has considerable experience negotiating commercial leases nationwide on behalf of tenants, including retail leases, warehouses, showrooms, galleries, and office spaces for clients in the luxury, fashion, retail, healthcare, banking, and other industries. She also represents private clients and institutional clients on property acquisitions and transfers, financing transactions, and title related matters. Saltzman also handles commercial finance matters dealing with trade finance, including factoring, receivables financing, and other forms of lending arrangements.
