Porter Hedges Grows Corporate Practice

HOUSTON, October 8, 2013: Michael T. Larkin has joined Porter Hedges as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate and securities law matters. He has experience representing companies in the oil and gas, health care, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and professional services industries.
“Mike is a great addition and adds even more depth to our corporate group. His practice is an ideal fit for our firm, and we look forward to integrating him with our corporate team,” said Managing Partner Rob Reedy.
Mike joins the firm from the Houston office of Adams and Reese LLP. He received his J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law, his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University, and his B.A. from The University of Texas.
