Mr. Harris, formerly a partner and chair of the North America Antitrust & Competition Group at Baker & McKenzie, focuses his practice on cartel defense, merger control filings, and administrative proceedings before United States and international courts and agencies.

Mr. Harris is internationally recognized as a leading antitrust lawyer, and has represented major companies across the globe in antitrust cartel investigations, litigation, and merger control proceedings. He is admitted to practice in both the United States and the UK, and has experience handling matters across a range of Asian jurisdictions, focusing in particular on Chinese antitrust law issues. Mr. Harris speaks Japanese.
