Cerutti succeeds Robert Pozin, who has been managing partner in Orange County for 20 years. Pozin opened the office for what was then Ross, Dixon & Bell and continued to serve as managing partner after the merger with Troutman Sanders in 2009, overseeing strategic growth in this important market for the firm.
Cerutti joined the firm in June 2012 from Rutan & Tucker, where he served as head of Rutan’s corporate section. He has a diverse corporate and securities practice, representing middle market companies in a variety of industries in public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and securities matters.
“We are extremely grateful to Bob for his outstanding leadership and dedication to our expansion and business growth in Orange County,” said Stephen E. Lewis, Troutman Sanders Managing Partner. “Larry steps into this role with proven management experience and a track record of building a successful practice. His knowledge of this dynamic market will be of great value.”
“This is an exciting time of growth for the firm,” said Cerutti. “I look forward to continuing to expand our practice here in Orange County to meet the diverse needs of our clients on the west coast.”
