Chicago – January 29, 2014 – Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced today the addition of Aaron Charfoos to its Intellectual Property Group and Litigation Department as a member in the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Dykema, Charfoos was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis.  

Mr. Charfoos is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in complex patent and commercial litigation. In 2012 he secured two major trial victories for his clients including one of the top defense verdicts in California that year.  Mr. Charfoos has also won a number of appeals before the Federal Circuit, Ninth Circuit and Indiana Court of Appeals. In addition to leading litigation and appellate teams, Charfoos counsels clients on intellectual property portfolio valuation and technological development and patent prosecution strategy.
