Jonathan F. Dalton, mayor of the City of Town and Country, has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Services practice group. Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Dalton was in private practice at Lewis Rice & Fingersh, L.C.

Dalton counsels many of Missouri’s most prominent businesses and organizations in transactions, regulatory matters and and government affairs. He is also a registered lobbyist.

Dalton earned his J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.A. in economics, from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and the District of Columbia. Dalton is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Illinois Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
