The office provides the firm with a local platform to represent Korean and international companies and financial institutions in one of the world's leading and dynamic business centers.

For more than 20 years, Skadden has represented Korean and international corporations, financial institutions and government entities in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, energy and infrastructure projects, and international disputes related to the region. These matters comprise a wide array of industries, including financial services and banking, energy and natural resources, technology, real estate, media and telecommunications, and consumer goods.
