(Chicago, IL) – James McHugh Construction Co. has hired Daniel Rosenberg as its new General Counsel. Rosenberg, recognized as one of the country’s leading construction lawyers, joins McHugh after serving as a partner at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP.

Rosenberg was named one of the “Leading Construction Lawyers” by Chambers USA and was elected to the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys. He is recognized as a top Illinois lawyer in construction law by the Leading Lawyers Network and is a member of the Construction Owners Association of America.  A 1998 graduate of Miami (Oh.) University, he earned his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
