CHICAGO, IL (April 24, 2014) -- Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the largest workplace law firms in the world representing management, is pleased to announce Kirsten A. Milton has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Shareholder.  Ms. Milton, who joins from Morgan Lewis, has experience representing and counseling management on a wide range of labor and employment issues, with a particular emphasis on employment litigation, including class actions.

Ms. Milton’s litigation experience includes individual and class-action litigation arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal employment laws.  She also represents employers in front of the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various other state and local fair employment agencies.

Ms. Milton received her B.A. from Northwestern University and her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Illinois Law Review.
