Barber’s group focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with extensive experience in financial markets, bankruptcy and reinsurance matters.  Barber has tried over 140 cases to completion in the United States and internationally, including trials, arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
