WASHINGTON, D.C., 24 June 2014 – Hogan Lovells announced today that Steven L. Miller, former Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC (“Constellation”), has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Miller will be a part of the Energy group, resident in the Washington, D.C. office.

Miller managed legal, regulatory, internal audit, compliance and government affairs, as well as administered governance and all Board/Committee functions for Constellation and other multinational nuclear joint ventures. He also served as General Counsel/Vice President of Strategy of Constellation Energy Group's merchant generation company, and President of CeTerre, a multinational nuclear development venture.

Prior to joining Constellation, Miller was a member of the Corporate team in other leading international law firms. He also served in various roles in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps with the United States Navy.

Miller received his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
