SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Kronenberger Rosenfeld, LLP, a San Francisco-based Internet, technology and media law firm, has named attorney Ginny Sanderson a Partner with the firm. Ms. Sanderson represents a variety of e-commerce businesses in all aspects of litigation and pre-litigation counseling, particularly with respect to businesses engaged in affiliate advertising, lead generation, nutraceutical, and eMarketPlace industries. She has substantial experience defending businesses in consumer class actions, government investigations and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforcement actions, as well as advising on and litigating matters related to online payment systems, payment processors and merchant banks.

Prior to joining Kronenberger Rosenfeld, Ginny was an associate at the Los Angeles firm of Iverson, Yoakum, Papiano & Hatch where she practiced sports and entertainment law.          Ms. Sanderson earned her Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2005, where she served as the Executive Editor of the BYU Law Review, and received her Bachelor of Arts in film studies in 1998. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts located within California, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has litigated cases in federal courts across the country.
