PALO ALTO, CA (August 14, 2014) – Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, is pleased to announce that Benjamin Hoch has become a partner at the firm. Formerly the chair of Covington & Burling’s bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice, Hoch will be based in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s New York office.
