DENVER, CO (October 14, 2014) -- Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the largest workplace law firms in the world representing management, is pleased to announce Erik Dullea has joined the firm’s Denver office as Of Counsel.  Mr. Dullea, a Commander in the United States Navy Reserve who joins the firm from Squire Patton Boggs LLP, brings to Jackson Lewis almost a decade of experience in safety and health law with a focus on the mining and transportation industries as well as on issues facing government contractors.

“Erik is a key player in our group’s strategic growth plan,” said Mark N. Savit, Co-Leader of Jackson Lewis’ Workplace Safety and Health practice group, which recently landed OSHA Shareholder Carla Gunnin in Atlanta.  “His unique background in the aviation, defense and military worlds adds a new dimension to our capabilities, and his expertise in the industrial and mining sectors will provide our clients with unique advantages as we continue to help them navigate the increasingly complex regulations concerning workplace safety.”

“Erik’s experience gives a significant boost to our growing Denver team,” added Mickey Silberman, Managing Shareholder of the Denver office.  “His arrival, coupled with our September addition of Shareholder Timothy M.
